Receiving aggregates in the form of tunnel rock from Stockholm bypass.

A temporary port with barge and access bridge, built by customer, receives material to be subsequently transported to a stockpile. Stockpiling takes place in an existing pit a short distance away from the port.

The material is conveyed onward to a belt situated on the barge, where separation takes place by means of an overband magnet. Subsequent belts are positioned on the access bridge to the barge, which in turn load onward to a long belt along the ground to the pit.

Once at the pit and the prospective stockpile location, there is a mobile stacker that is rotatable, vertically adjustable and telescopic. The stacker is vertically adjustable by means of hydraulics. The rotational movement takes place by means of large wheels driven by the same hydraulic unit.

Two conveyors were also delivered in combination with the stacker, in this case, so-called link belts, which can be moved by loader and which are partially rotatable. Two link belts can thus be placed in series with the stacker as final unit before the stockpile. According to this principle, a link belt can also be used before the stacker, as well as more link belts further forward if they should be needed as the site for the stockpile is moved over time.

Scope of delivery

• Receiving hopper: Fixed on barge, volume: 18m3, capacity: 600 t/h. The hopper is also equipped with sound absorbers to prevent undesirable noise.
• Magnet separation: Overband magnet suspended in frame astride barge belt. Magnet separates undesired material, for example, scrap such as excavator teeth, rock bolts etc., and transports this to a scrap container situated alongside.
• Barge belt: 19.5m, belt width: 1200mm, capacity: 600 t/h
• Bridge belt: 35.5m, belt width: 1200mm, capacity: 600 t/h
• Ground belt: 152m, belt width: 1200mm, capacity: 600 t/h
• Stacker: 26-40m, mobile, rotatable on wheels, telescopic and vertically adjustable.
• Belt width: 1200mm, capacity: 600 t/h
• Link belt 1: 30m, moveable with loader. Belt width: 1200mm, capacity: 600 t/h
• Link belt 2: 30m, moveable with loader. Belt width: 1200mm, capacity: 600 t/h
