Feed hoppers

In bulk- and material handling it is sometimes important to be able to temporarily store the material and have an even discharge for a subsequent process.

The size of the hoppers varies according to your conditions, where height, width, length and volume are adapted.

Our feed hoppers are combined with different types of emptying system where your needs govern how we design feed hoppers. The hoppers are usually manufactured in durable steel and can be supplemented with wear material in steel, rubber or ceramic.

Wear material: Steel, e.g. Hardox, rubber or ceramic elements
Discharge: In connection to the hopper, a belt- or vibration feeder can be used to empty the hopper. For simpler discharge a capacity damper is used.
BM-attachment: To enable the hopper to be moved with, for example, a loader, the hopper can be equipped with attachments that are suitable for mechanical lifting
Telescopic supports: The hopper’s height can be adjusted with telescopic supports
Volume: Panel extensions enable a larger volume of material to be achieved
Noise reduction: Sound insulation in the form of noise reduction screens can be fitted outside the hopper. Thick rubber cladding is fitted in order to dampen noise when loading the hopper.
