Customised plant for crushing, screening, storage, dosing and output of aggregates and ballast for cement and asphalt manufacture. Undertaking comprising turn-key installation incl. commissioning on site in Sandnes.

Scope of delivery

• Building around Barmac crusher: Size 8x8m height 11.5m. Frame in steel profiles. Cladding and roof in corrugated steel plate. Telpher beam dimensioned for 4 tonnes. Including manually operated chain lift block and carriage. Gate 3.5 x 9 m (double doors) Service level around crusher approx. 20m2.².
• Hoppers: 2 x Loading hoppers/silos
• Secondary crusher: Barmac crusher
• Screens: Screen TS303, TS402, Screen Ellivar 13II (Provided by customer) Air Classifier Buell Centrifugal classifier Buell, Filter Buell, Fan Buell
• Belt conveyors: 22 units, total length approx. 450 metres
• Vibrating feeder: 17 x vibrating feeders of type IFE. These are magnet-driven due to the precision required in relation to dosing.
• Bucket elevators: 2 units, bucket elevators with gear drive. Drop pipe to 2 x silos with pneumatically operated distribution damper. Associated service platforms
• Silos: 10 units. 6 x silos for finely crushed material. Steel silos with diameter of 6m. Total height approx. 25m. Net volume approx. 430m3 each. 3 side outlets per silo with flanges fitting against vibrating feeder. Flanges in silo roof for material input as well as level gauges. Reinforced roof for placement of filter, air classifier and conveyor etc. 2 x silos for finely crushed material. Steel silos with diameter of 6m. Total height approx. 30m. Net volume approx. 570m3 each. Reinforced roof for placement of filter, air classifier conveyor etc. 2 x silos for fine material and filler. Steel silos diameter of 6m. Total height approx. 25m. Net volume approx. 400m3 each. Reinforced roof for placement of filter, air classifier conveyor etc.
• Frame: Frame for 10 silos. Dimensioned for silos, machinery above silos, overhead crane as well as superstructure.
• Service level: Service level above silos, joists and drop pipe. Service platforms, walkways etc. Drop pipe for cleaning from silo level + 25.4m to ground level. Pipe for connection to suction truck from silo level + 25.4m to ground level. Joists above silos are built together with silo roof and in the same level as silo roof.
• Superstructure: Superstructure. Steel frame. Joists of lightweight beams. Corrugated sheet metal on roof and walls. Part of the roof is removable for service of machinery. Walls clad with sound insulation mat T= 50 mm.
• Overhead crane: Abus overhead crane on rails. Max. load 3,200kg. Reach approx. 15m. Lifting height 35 m
• Cladding silos: Cladding of silo down to bottom plate. Penetrations are equipped with 10 x motor-driven overhead sliding doors size 5 x 4.5 m. Roller shutters 3 x 4.5 m in one end. Platform on inside and outside of wall.
• Screws: 4 x dosing screws for filler material. Capacity 150 t/h. Tube screws D= 500mm, L=5m. Gear drive 30kW.
• Discharge bellows: Discharge bellows Moduflex HF300T5 with exterior wires built-in filter with associated pressure tank for filter emptying. Automatic filter including push button box in the form of overhead crane handle. Level monitor in outlet. Mechanical lockpin in the outlet to prevent material escaping.
• Weighing equipment: 3 x containers volume 0.85m3 each.
• Feeder: 2 x rotary feeders capacity of 75 m3/hr.
• Feeding: 12 x hydraulically operated sliding dampers with associated hydraulic unit
