Function

Reception, processing and metal separation of coal. The coal is transported to existing transport onward to oven. Receiving hoppers equipped with vibrating grate. Belt feeder below hopper. Crusher supplied by customer is included in the concept.

Scope of delivery

• Receiving hoppers: 4 x tipping hoppers with vibrating grate with volume of 40-70 m3/unit
• The hopper is also equipped with sound absorbers to prevent undesirable noise.
• Belt feeder: Belt feeder beneath hoppers with a capacity per unit of 10 – 250 tonnes/h
• Belt to crusher housing: 88m, belt width: 1000mm, capacity: 300 t/h
• Crusher housing: Length = 11m, width = 6m, height = 8.5m Wall sheet metal, VP 20/05, Roof sheet metal, TP 45/06, Fittings gutters and downpipes to ground with ejector, Side-hinged door 3×3 metres, Steel frame for crusher provided by customer. Removable section/roof part for potential dismantling of overband magnet.
• Magnet separation: Overband magnet suspended in frame over drive drum conveyor. Magnet separates undesired material, for example, scrap such as excavator teeth, rock bolts etc. The magnet transports this onward to a scrap container placed alongside. Type: IFE MPL 900F
• Belt conveyor: Belt with connection to existing conveyor system. Length 30m, belt width: 1000mm, capacity: 300 t/h
• Installation: Delivered in sections and assembled on site in Slite, Gotland
